By accessing or using the services provided by Headstone Cleaning Crew ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Headstone Cleaning Crew provides professional cleaning and maintenance services for headstones, monuments, and memorial markers in cemeteries and memorial parks.

3. SERVICE APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

3.1 Scheduling

All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time, subject to availability.

3.2 Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.

• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

3.3 Weather and Cemetery Conditions

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, cemetery restrictions, or other conditions that may impact our ability to perform the services safely or effectively.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Fees

Our service fees are as listed on our website or as quoted to you. All fees are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payment is required at the time of completion or if other arrangements have been made in advance.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy or if we are unable to perform the agreed-upon services.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

5.1 Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the location of the headstone or memorial to be serviced.

5.2 Permissions

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to authorize services for the headstone or memorial in question. We are not responsible for verifying ownership or permission.

5.3 Cemetery Rules

You are responsible for informing us of any cemetery-specific rules or regulations that may affect our services.

6. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

6.1 Condition of Headstones

We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, particularly those that have deeply penetrated porous materials or caused permanent damage.

6.2 Historical or Fragile Markers

We reserve the right to decline service for headstones or memorials that appear too fragile or damaged to safely clean.

7. PHOTOGRAPHS AND DOCUMENTATION

7.1 Before and After Photos

We typically take before and after photographs of our work for quality control purposes and to provide to customers.

7.2 Use of Images

We may use these photographs for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media, unless you specifically request otherwise.

8. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

8.1 Service Performance

While we take great care in performing our services, we cannot guarantee that our cleaning will restore headstones to their original condition.

8.2 Damage Limitation

Our liability for any damage caused during the provision of our services is limited to the amount paid for such services.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Headstone Cleaning Crew from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our Services.

9. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
